The journal of Functional Diamond, a Taylor & Francis journal, is calling for the applications of Young Scientist Awards (2022). The eligibility criteria for the award is outlined below:
(1) No more than 38 years old on January 1st, 2023;
(2) Outstanding track records in diamond and related materials;
(3) Willingness to publish an invited paper on Functional Diamond within the reporting scope of the journal (see below).
The winner(s) will receive:
(1) A certificate;
(2) Cash prize of US dollars 1000;
(3) An invitation to publish an article in Functional Diamond.
Application procedure
The applicant must submit the Awards Application Form (attached in Link #1 for MS Word & Link #2 for WPS) and an extended abstract on the invited paper (less than two A4 pages, including representative figures and references) in the PDF format to office@functionaldiamond.com with subject line “FD Young Scientist Award”.
Submission deadline: December 31, 2022.
Selection process
All valid applicants will be evaluated by the selection panel and the award winner(s) will be announced in February 2022.
