The most influential paper of the year by Diamond & Abrasives Engineering was first launched in 2016 and has been held for 7 years. It has well promoted the academic exchanges in Chinese abrasive research area and stimulates the continous innovation of scientific and engineering research.

To continously expand the influence of the journal and attract high-level manuscripts, the Diamond & Abrasives Engineering will hold the event again in 2023. The relevant rules of the event are hereby announced as follows:

1 Name of the event

Selection of the most influential papers in 2021

2 Schedule of the event

Editorial board review: from January to February 2023.

Results published in April 2023.

Issue the certificats at a certain academic or industrial event in September or October.

3 Scope of the selected papers

All papers published in Diamond & Abrasives Engineering, 2021

4 Selection Criteria

(1) The editorial office will choose 30 papers based on the statistical data of CNKI on December 31, 2022. The papers with more citations are selected. For those with the same citations, the ones with more downloads would be selected.

(2). The 30 candidate papers will be submitted to the editorial committee who will vote for 10 final paper considering the academic quality of the papers, the innovation of the achievements and the cutting-edge of the research. The selected will be rated as "The Most Influential Paper of 2021".

5 Rewards

The correspondence author of each paper will be rewarded with RMB 1000.00 Yuan. The certificate will be issued to the winners at a certain academic or industrial event.
