Study on dressing technology of super abrasive products

Due to their superior grinding performances,super abrasive grinding wheel greatly promotes the development of grinding technology,especially in grinding difficult-to-process materials,high efficiency grinding and precision grinding.However,it is still in early phase of development and there are same key difficult problems which seriously restrict the application of super abrasive grinding wheel,one of which is dressing technology.Regarding the dressing of super abrasive grinding wheel,various effective dressing methods were analyzed and reviewed in this paper,including principles and characteristics.In the end,the future prospect on the development of dressing was described.
