Graphite white corundum grinding wheel was proposed in this test,which could meet the precision machining requests and simplify the process.The experiment indicated that when the grinding parameters were 24m/s of grinding speed,1-10m/min of workpiece speed,2.5-7.5 μm of cutting depth,the surface roughness of ferrite parts were below
Ra 0.18 μm,and the best roughness could reach
Ra 0.09 μm.Surface appearance was mirror-like.Consequently the grinding process could entirely meet the high surface quality requirement of ferrite.
