Study on integration process of synthetic diamond purification and graphite oxide preparation

  • Magnetic separation method, Hummers method and sedimentation separation method were used to purify the synthetic diamond tails obtained through shaking table separation.The X-ray diffractometer, Raman spectrometer and scanning electron microscope were used to characterize the phase compositions and the microstructures of the obtained samples.The results indicate that the obtained diamond has high purity and that the recovery rate is close to 100%.At the same time, the graphite in the synthetic diamond tails is converted to graphite oxide, which saves resources and turns waste into treasure.
