  • There are many factors affecting the performance of PCD, the most important is the interface bonding of binder and diamond grain.The paper summarizes the performance of metal binder such as Co, Ni and nonmetal binder such as Si, B in the presence of internal state of polycrystalline diamond interface, the interface state and its principle, and finally draws the polycrystalline diamond with selection principle and development direction of binder.
