  • To research the influences of grinding wheel errors on ultra-precision grinding aspheric surface quality in cross grinding, a variety of grinding wheel errors were analyzed theoretically, the influences of various grinding wheel errors on ultra-precision grinding aspheric surface quality were expounded, and some kind wheel errors were corrected and compensated to improve the surface quality.Finally, the aspheric surface grinding experiment was carried out to verify the correctness of grinding wheel errors compensation.The research provides technical reference for compensating wheel errors in ultra-precision grinding aspheric surfaces.
