Study on hot pressing sintering behaviors and properties of Cu-Sn pre-alloy powder high Sn content

摘要: 为了研究烧结工艺对高Sn含量Cu-Sn预合金粉金刚石工具性能的影响,通过正交实验,采用极差分析方法确定各因素的影响显著性和优化参数组合,并借助SEM、金相显微观察、力学性能测试等方法对比分析实验结果。结果表明:烧结试样密度、硬度、耐磨性的影响因素大小为烧结温度>保温时间>保压压力;抗弯强度的排序则为烧结温度>保压压力>保温时间;烧结工艺参数为440℃、180s、10 MPa时性能最佳,可作为最优化参数组合。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of sintering process on the properties of Cu-Sn pre-alloy powder with high Sn content,orthogonal experiment was carried out.The influence factors and optimal parameters were determined using range analysis method,and the experimental results were compared using SEM,microstructure observation and mechanical property tests,etc.The results showed that as with density,hardness and wear resistance of the samples sintering temperature had the biggest influence,followed by holding time and pressure while as with bending strength of the samples,sintering temperature came first,followed by pressure and holding time.It was shown that when the sintering parameters were 440℃,180 sand 10 MPa,the properties was better,which could be optimal experimental program.-
